Mail Order Committee
- Shipping Clerk: Ship ordered merchandise to the customer. Keep a log of mailing expenses. Submit expense reimbursement request prior to end of the current fiscal year.
- Committee Chair: Provide additional supplies to shipping clerks and validate the mail order before providing it to a shipping clerk (i.e., correct, clear and payment provided). Follow up with the customer if there are any errors in the order. Handshake Packet orders are also processed by this committee chair.
